Frequently asked questions
-
When you contact us with a washroom project, we will likely ask some questions around the project such as:
Is the project a full room refurbishment or a part refurb?
How many rooms need refurbishing and estimate how many toilets you will need?
Where is your site?
And then we’ll look to book in a date for one of our team to come and survey the washrooms at your site.
We ask questions to make sure we can be of service you in the best way as possible.
If we are not able to look after you this time, it helps us to suggest someone else to help you.
-
A free site survey is a visit to your site by a member of our team to measure the washrooms and discuss your needs.
It is not always necessary, as we can sometimes provide a quote with good quality photos.
-
This is where we set an end date for your project and we guarantee we will achieve this date - giving you peace of mind that your project will not run over. Read more about how we achieve this here.
-
It depends! The time will vary depending on the size and complexity of the project.
-
This could be due to poor ventilation, mould, poor drainage, incorrect waste storage, or issues around urinals in gents toilets. Your new washroom can be designed to minimise these risks. Read more about it here >>
-
Yes, our duct panels are removable to allow access to cisterns if needed. You don't need exposed cisterns for maintenance access.
-
Our Aftercare Service is available for 12 months after project completion.
Issues unrelated to our workmanship, such as drain blockages and damage due to negligence, are not covered.
-
This may be down to incorrect cleaning. Take a look at our blog where we go through common washroom problems and how to solve them.
