Schedule a no-obligation site survey either during or outside working hours.

Our friendly project consultant will meet you on site to undertake a survey of works.

Receive your detailed proposal complete with plans and a quotation, within two weeks.

In some cases, we’ll present the proposal to you in person at your convenience.

Review and confirm the proposal meets your expectations and agree our next contact date.

Submit your purchase order for our project management team to begin scheduling.

Confirmation of structural survey & building regulations requirements (where necessary).

Choose your washroom colour and finishes - use our online visualiser or discuss with us.

Sign your completed Order Acknowledgement and send it to us.

Your Project Manager is assigned and will visit to final measure. Project lead time commences.

Project is programmed and documentation is issued with a guaranteed completion date.

Commencement on site. You will then receive regular progress updates for the duration of the project.

10

Completion of project, handover, certifications, O&M manual issued.

You have direct access to our Aftercare service during the 12-month warranty period.
