Existing facilities and colour schemes were outdated and given the main users of the washrooms are paying clients, keeping their facilities ahead of other companies in the fast-growing serviced office market was critical to our client.

Getting the aesthetics right and in keeping with the building which the business centre occupies was important, and upgrading the wall and floor finishes by installation of tiling throughout was also a key requirement to delivering a more upmarket feel. Focus Washrooms proposed the wall and floor tiling specification, solid grade laminate materials and all sanitaryware ranges. We provided 3D render images to assist the client in selection of colour schemes and samples of key materials for approval to ensure clients expectations were achieved. The project took place in a live office building across 4 floors so the project was phased to ensure the business centre clients had adequate access to facilities throughout.

Trovex universal solid Grade laminate cubicles, duct panels, vanity units were installed, ensuring a robust water-resistant finish and which come with our standard 15-year laminate guarantee. Wood grain laminate was selected for a smart corporate finish. Polished porcelain wall tiles were chosen for a smart but durable wall finish. 600 x 300 tiles were selected to give a feeling of space. The flooring finish was large porcelain floor tiles in beige with a high slip rating to minimise risk of accidents.
