  • 1. Introduction

    1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the referral programme ("Programme") operated by Focus DGI Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom, for recommending our services to other educational institutions ("Referral").

    1.2 By participating in the Programme, both the referring school ("Referrer") and the referred school ("Referred School") agree to be bound by these Terms.

    2. Programme Eligibility

    2.1 The Programme is open to all educational institutions based in the United Kingdom, including schools within multi-academy trusts.

    2.2 There is no limit on the number of Referrals a Referrer can make.

    3. Programme Period

    3.1 The Programme is valid from 26th March 2024 until 26th June 2024 ("Programme Period"). Referrals must be made within this timeframe to be eligible for rewards.

    4. Referral Process

    4.1 A Referral is deemed successful when the Referred School makes a formal enquiry about our services within the Programme Period.

    4.2 A "formal enquiry" is defined as a documented request for information or a quotation for our services, as determined by Focus DGI Ltd. in its sole discretion.

    5. Rewards

    5.1 For each successful Referral resulting in a formal enquiry, the Referrer will receive a £25 Prezzee voucher.

    5.2 Upon the successful completion of a project with the Referred School, as determined by Focus DGI Ltd., the Referrer will receive an additional £175 Prezzee voucher.

    5.3 Rewards are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any reward with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

    6. General Conditions

    6.1 The Programme cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts offered by Focus DGI Ltd.

    6.2 We reserve the right to cancel or amend the Programme and these Terms without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control.

    6.3 The Programme is subject to the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

    6.4 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be cancelled.

    7. Privacy and Data Protection

    7.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information collected will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and other applicable laws.

    7.2 By participating in the Programme, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described above and in our privacy policy, available on our website.
