To ensure the clubhouse amenities matched the prestige of the course, Focus Washrooms was appointed to deliver a comprehensive design and commercial washroom refurbishment across the Male, Female, and Accessible facilities, alongside an upgrade to the clubhouse shower changing provisions.

Following a full strip-out and structural reconfiguration of the original spaces, our team introduced modern water management, resilient Solid Grade Laminate systems, and executive styling to elevate the member and visitor experience.
The brief
Golf clubhouse environments present unique demands, requiring premium visual aesthetics that seamlessly blend with robust durability to handle the footfall of players coming off the course. The objective at Stoneleigh Deer Park Golf Club was to deliver a completerefurbishment that modernised the sanitaryware, added durable shower installations, guaranteed full accessibility compliance, and established a luxury, cohesive look throughout the facilities.
The female washroom & showers
The Female washroom was transformed into a contemporary, bright, and low-maintenance space focused on guest comfort and premium style.
High-privacy cubicle systems: We installed four premium, high-privacySGL cubicles in the uniform Elephant Grey colourway, offering a cohesive styling language across the entire clubhouse.
Bespoke corner vanity: A space-saving corner vanity unit was custom-fabricated to house four recessed basins with soft-touch non-concussive taps, maximising the room's footprint without compromising on style.
Modern WCs & feature mirror: The toilet runs include four back-to-wall pans with sleek, dual push-button flushing mechanisms and concealed duct panelling. A stunning, 2.4-metre safety-backed rectangular mirror spans the vanity area, opening up the room and reflecting the high-end finish.
Clubhouse shower installations: The facility features two matching, non-concussive push-button showers with anti-vandal fixed shower heads, neatly sectioned off with two heavy-duty, commercial shower curtains.
The male washroom & showers
The Male facility layout was structurally reconfigured to improve visitor flow, using heavy-duty partition walls to define high-performance showering and changing zones.
Premium cubicles & privacy screens: We supplied and fitted high-performanceSolid Grade Laminate (SGL) toilet cubicles and bespoke vanity units. Floor-to-ceiling privacy screens were installed to perfectly segment the space. The entire area features a refined, uniform Elephant Grey colour palette for an executive aesthetic.
Modern sanitaryware & smart flushing: The space includes two back-to-wall toilets alongside four exposed trap urinals. The urinal suite is controlled by an intelligent, ceiling-mounted battery-powered sensor flush system to optimise hygiene and water efficiency.
Clubhouse handwashing suite: Four fully recessed vanity basins were seamlessly integrated into a bespoke SGL-top vanity unit, paired with modern, soft-touch taps and anti-scald thermostatic mixing valves.
Durable shower upgrades: To support members returning from the golf course, we installed two exposed, non-concussive showers complete with chrome riser pipes and anti-vandal fixed shower heads, combining maximum durability with precise water control.
The accessible washroom
To guarantee uncompromised inclusivity, a full Document M upgrade was delivered, ensuring visitors requiring extra assistance have access to equal, premium facilities.
Structural entry: Fitted with robust, paint-grade solid core doors engineered to withstand frequent use and provide superior acoustic properties.
Compliant Document M fit-out: Installed a fully compliant, premium Doc M disabled pack. This features a specialised ergonomic layout including accessible-height sanitaryware, supportive grab rails, and matching fixtures that mirror the premium aesthetic found in the main facilities.
